Support for fetchCount on filtered Select()

description

I found it useful for application performance to add a new Select<T> method to SQLStorebase.cs to support selection with both an IENumerable<FilterCondition> and a fetchCount.

There may be better ways to achieve this but if not perhaps this patch would be of interest?

I'll take a look at the patch, but just based on the "fetchCount" parameter I'm inclined to think that this would belong in the already-existing Fetch statement, not Select. Essentially you want to add a Fetch overload that takes in a set of FilterConditions instead of a single one, which makes complete sense.

Excellent. Thanks. If you do take a look at that please do give me a buzz here and I'll try it out :)

I've got a round of local fixes and updates that I need to roll in anyway (including SQLite fixes for Fetch, in fact), so yes, I'll keep you updated.
